From full service catering to our BBQ’s to Go, our food is a Barbeque Extravaganza. Think about the tastes: Whole Roasted Pig, BBQ Spare Ribs, BBQ Rotisserie Chicken, Steamship Rounds of Beef, Beef Ribs, Prime Rib and Steaks, Charbroiled Sirloin Burgers with Cheese, Grilled Hot Dogs, Fresh Shrimp with Old Bay, Steamed Clams with Garlic, Maryland style Crabs, Roasted Corn on the Cob, BBQ Baked Beans, Fresh Salads & Fruit plus all the Trimmings. Now I have one question, Hungry Yet? We’ve got lot’s more.

Creating delicious Picnic food is our specialty and we make sure that no one will go home hungry. And best of all, while we’re cooking, you’ll be relaxing and having fun. From menu planning to serving and cleanup, we handle all the details and you take all the credit. Catering Terms and Procedures


1. Service is for three hours.

2. Prices include food, fixin’s bar, service, trash removal, plates, flat ware and service table with cover.

3. Age group breakdown: infants and one year olds are free, two to five are half price and six and older are full price.

4. Seating and tenting price quotes available upon request.

5. Prices may vary based on location of party and/or quantity of people (i.e. Discounts available for larger groups).

6. We require a 20x20 area for setup that is covered. For example a tent or covered porch.

7. Gratuity is not included.


Note:

1. PA sales tax must be added to menus below unless exemption form is presented at time of final payment.

2. If you are interested in other food not shown above, please advise and we will be happy to propose a menu tailored to your needs.
