TO SCHEDULE AN EVENT AT NESHAMINY SHORE PICNIC PARK, SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE FEW EASY STEPS:

1) Call Neshaminy Shore Picnic Park and speak to one of our party consultants at which time you will need to choose a date and estimate attendance.

2) A deposit statement will be sent to you for an amount of $5.00 per person based on the estimated attendance.

3) Upon receipt of your first deposit, your group is guaranteed the selected date and the payment will be deducted from the final invoice.

4) Two - Three weeks prior to your event we will meet to finalize all details including:

a. Choosing a menu and any additional items
b. Signing a contract
c. Picking up admission tickets
d. Paying balance in full. Credit cards are not accepted and personal checks are not accepted less than two weeks prior to your event.
e. The final payment must be made in the office. Office Hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. The office is not open on Saturday and Sunday.

5) On weekends, groups of 50 and under will not be guaranteed a seating area to themselves. - May have to share

6) If your group is tax exempt a copy of the tax exemption certificate is required with your payment.

7) Any additions or changes may be made up until 3:00 pm the Friday prior to your picnic.

8) Tickets are based on your guaranteed attendance and we have food and staff for this number. Therefore, tickets are nonrefundable or non-returnable for any reason.

9) Tickets are turned in at the gate and a color-coded wristband is put on the guests arm. Wristbands must be worn the whole time the guest is in the park. No trading or removal of wristbands.

10) Guests without tickets the day of the event are required to pay the admission fee at the front gate. Guests must be with a group in the park. If a guest forgets his ticket, he has to pay for the ticket at the gate and then mail his receipt along with the original ticket to the NSPP Office for a refund. This must be done within one week of the picnic –NO EXCEPTIONS!


IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER
**Please make sure all people in your group are aware of the Points, Rules and Regulations**
  • Picnic times are 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends
  • Food is served “All You Can Eat” from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on weekends
  • Canned Beer, Kegs and Boxed Wine can be brought into the park or purchased in advance through our distributor. Beer must be in a can or keg and wine must be in a plastic container or bag-in-box. No glass bottles and no hard liquor of any kind are permitted in the park.
  • No pets are allowed on the property.
  • Events will be held rain or shine or a rain date can be scheduled. To postpone your event, you must call by 8:00 am the morning of your event for menu #1 or #3. You must call by 10:00 pm the night before your event for menu #2 or #4. A park representative will call you back with available dates for rescheduling. If we do not hear from you by the given times then we are planning on you being at NSPP that day.
  • No food can be taken from the park.
  • No refund on tickets once picnic has begun.
  • Your guaranteed attendance may be no less than 70% of estimated attendance or group forfeits the deposit for those people.
  • Weather conditions may limit availability of some activities.
  • No fighting, foul language or obscene gestures.
  • Swim suits must be worn to go into any pool. No jean cutoffs, cotton T-shirts or shorts allowed. We allow nylon or polyester material No floatation devices are permitted in pools, no arm swimmies are allowed. Swim Diapers are required on all non-toilet trained children going in a pool. No running on concrete areas around the swimming pools.
  • Please confine eating to your picnic area, no eating in swimming pools. No gum in the pools.
  • Some additional concessions such as Cotton Candy, Ice Cream, Funnel Cakes and French Fries may be purchased on the day of the event.
  • No standing in paddleboats or canoes. No food or beverages allowed in paddleboats or canoes. No swimming in the creek.
  • All sporting equipment used at your own risk. In order to use the sporting equipment an ID must be left with the attendant and once the equipment is returned the ID will be given back.
